I was wondering if you could add an addendum to this video regarding eliminating the "/dotnetnuke" folder when hosted by goDaddy. It seems the site takes forever to load and it really isn't required (goDaddy needs this cause they have a security issue when doing the installation from their site). I fixed this in another DNN installation, but I can no longer find the file program that showed how to accomplish via filezilla ftp.
