Hi Steve,

How about we step back for a second? Let me understand your situation a bit better:

1 - Are you installing a new site or upgrading an existing one?

2 - Which steps have you followed so far to accomplish that? Which DNN packages did you use? If it is an upgrade, which version is it now and what version are you bring it to?

3 - Are you doing this on a shared hosting environment or on your own server?

4 - Is the site public that I could have a look?

Sorry for the questions, but that will help me paint the big picture here.

Thanks,

Aderson

Hi Aderson,

1. upgrading existing site.  I'm helping a client who was abandoned by the original developer.  I'm experienced with Joomla and WordPress but i'm a novice with DNN.

2. I used the package that your video link directed me to (7.?). I was running 6.01.05

3. This is on a shared server, they moved it to .Net4.0 as your video instructed.

4. I'd be happy to give you access to the site.  tiferethisraelgreenport.org

can I pass you the admin login thru chat?

Steve
