Extending that, what I want to do is have an initial DNN install that comes up fully formed in portal id 0. Looks like if you take the install package, and add a template you've exported from an existing portal, then select that when initializing you get what you want, but for to work correctly you also need the skin and modules to be installed on the initial install.
Anyone had any luck on that?
