Hi Aderson,

I have inherited a customer with a DNN website that is using a custom module they had built by a compnay that no longet exists.

The module allows them to upload a zip file with payroll documents so employees can log on and access thier payrol documents.  Each document in the zip file is named uniquely using the DNN Profile ID number.

After upgradiing to DNN 6.2.2 when the Bulk upload is atttempted the following error occurs.  Can you help me determine waht's happening here?

Hi Hutch,

Do you have at least the module's source code? Check the module's folder and it might be there. Without that it will be pretty hard to find out what the problem is.

Cheers,

Aderson

Hi Aderson,

How do I identify source code in the module's folder?

There are .ascx files, one .dnn file, and RESX files in a folder called App_LocalResources.

Hi Hutch.

You should look for .VB or .CS files - But they don't seem to be there according to what you have just described.

One suggestion: Base on the error message, give it a try and synchronize the file system with the database on the dnn site. This can be done under admin/file manager and host/file manage as well. Do on both. Maybe that message is about some folder out of sync.

Cheers,

Aderson

yes, there are no source files.  I tried the file sync and no change.  When I try to run the bulk file upload I get this error on the page:

A critical error has occurred. The provided folder path already exists. The folder has not been added
