Hi Habyb,

I don't think there is a way to do this at all now, unless you mess around with the CSS of the skin on a page level. The closest thing to that I know of is under Site Settings / Appearance / Body background, but I'm not even sure if that still works and if the skins are still complying to that.

I don't know of any module for that specific need, but if I were you I would do a hack. I would add a bit of CSS to each page to change the image background of the skin you are using. 

As I said, it is a hack. Not beautiful but it would work.
