I have no search admin link under admin (or advanced admin, or host)
Very strange - try adding /Admin/Search-Admin at the end of your domain when logged in.
I get file not found. DNN7 really messed up the search stuff.
I recommend that you create your own search admin page and add the module "Search Admin" to it. This module should be there.
The only module available to add to a page that's search related is Search Results.
