Hi, 

Once we open up the registration form, we receive numerous spam registrations.  We have enabled the "Use CAPTCHA For Registration" tab under User Account Settings and by default, all accounts will be authorized upon further approval.  

Can someone provide any resolutions?

You may want to double check if you have taken the recommended measures. See some resources:

Also, make sure you are running an up to date version of DNN.
