Is there an easy way to add an automatically updated "Last updated" note to a page or module? So that it will automatically update the date/time when the site is updated?

Hi Chris,
My first reaction was to look at the skin/containers tokens, but there are no tokens for this information - http://www.10poundgorilla.com/DNN/Skinning-Tool
So I don't know any way to do that easily without requiring coding.
