One of my clients recently brought it to my attention that when they post a link to their website on facebook, the words 'Awesome Cycles' appears on the top, see snapshot here: http://tinypic.com/r/2hn54ec/6 or try to post http://www.meboutique.com on your fb or journal.

I double checked page settings for all the pages and there's no 'Awesome Cycles' to be found under title, description, keywords, etc.

Here's a screenshot of the homepage settings: http://tinypic.com/r/jhwi89/6

Upgrading from 6.2.5 to 7.0.2 didn't fix it.. changing skin didn't fix it.. recreating home page didn't fix it.. :(

It only happens on a couple of my sites the other dozen or so are fine in the same installation.

Please help!

Thanks,

Rob

Hi Rob,

This must be the site's name. Check under Admin/Site Settings. You should be able to change it there.

Best regards,

Aderson

Hi Aderson,

Checked there already, it's not there..

There is a metatag if you look at the source code on the home page:

<meta property="og:title" content="Awesome Cycles" />
I just don't know how to remove it/change it without messing with the core.

Got some advice on the dnn forum to check metatags under page mgmnt but the box is empty..

Very strange Rob. Feel free to send me FTP and host access to the site to my email aderson (at) dnnhero (dot) com and I will look at it myself.

Cheers,

Aderson

Just for the record:

It was the Social Helpers module facebook plugin that caused this, when I move the module to a different page the Awesome Cycles metatag moves with it!
