I've hunted on the Internet but can't find a straight answer to this question

I want to show a report on a page that displays information for the current user

I know the Reports module support URL parameters but can these be dynamic or is there a way for the SQL Query to pick up the current user

I do have Datasprings Dynamic Forms so push comes to shove I could add an interim step and get visitors to press a button that passes the user info to a URL but this seems a bit over engineered

Any ideas are welcome

Thanks

Dave

Hi Dave,

Depending where the link to this page, which has the report, is you could leverage the token replacement option of the Text/HTML and add something like userid=[user:userid] so it would replace the token by the userid of the current user.

But this will not work for a link automatically built by the menu.

Regards,

Aderson

Hi

If the requirements are straight forward then this is the module to achieve it http://www.klotin.com/klotin-sqltable / http://store.dotnetnuke.com/home/product-details/klotin-sqltable

It might do a lot more, yet to experiment

But as of 16 Nov 2012 it only costs $1 and as they said in RoboCop "I'd buy that for a dollar"

Brillant

Dave

It doesn't get cheaper than that! :)
