Hello,

I would like to create a small module that has something simple like 'Start free trial', just asking for 'Your name' and 'email address'.

A bit like the one that pops up on your site Adderson when not logged in - but inside a module that I can place on a product page.

Signing up would then send an instruction / getting started email with email address confirmation link.

I have been reading this page to get some ideas as to how we should really lay out our product pages:

http://www.capterra.com/infographics/...

Any help/pointers very much appreciated.

Richard

Hi Richard,

Thanks for the link. I like their tips quite a lot!

Not 100% sure what pointers are you looking for. Is it from a module development stand point? Or from a design stand point?

Cheers,

Aderson

Hi Aderson,

from a DNN perspective - just how to make the 'minimal'  sign up module really.

Similar to your popup message that appears on your site - but in a page module instead of a popup I guess.

Hi Richard,

You could create a simple module with only one control. Did you what the module development videos? I think this is all you need.

Is that what you were expecting as an answer? I'm still not sure if I got it right.

Cheers,

Aderson
