DNN site on GoDaddy is down with an "Internal Server Error". I initially installed the site it in a subfolder since GODaddy wouldn't allow needed root folder permissions changes. I then had GoDaddy move it to the root a year ago to go live. Now out of the blue the site is down with an internal Server Error.  Looks like someone change autoupdate to "Yes" and some type of install was triggered. web.config comments show that a Telerek update ran yesterday at the time of the issue. I was thinking I needed to reinstall the old Telerik zip though the install folder. Others indicated this could have been a dnn upgrade that didn't fully install, but I didn't load one.  At this point I don't know where to start. Any thoughts to troubleshoot?

Running DNN 7.2.

Hi Tom,

First is that a DNN site doesn't auto update if you haven't copied newer files on top of it. Maybe you haven't done it but maybe someone else did it. If this is not the case, then the problem must be something else.

In any case we have a video series just covering troubleshooting @ DNHero - http://www.dnnhero.com/Premium/Tutori...

Thatg should help you going about different strategies.

Best regards,

Aderson
