Is anyone experiencing this problem

I am adding new users to a website and allowing the system to provide a random password. The email address for the user is correct but no notification is received. This also stands if I add a Role to a User and have Notify checked

I use Datasprings Dynamic Forms and these send emails to the user, therefore I assume the SMTP settings are correct

Is there another setting hiding somewhere that I am missing

Thanks

Dave

Hi Dave,

I would recommend that you try to send some test emails from Admin/Newsletters to see if you get more specific error messages and to see if you can get any Event Log error as well.

I would also test the SMTP settings under Host/Host Settings as well. There is a "Test" button over there which sends an email to the emails address set under Host/Host Settings/Host Details/Host Email

Best regards,

Aderson
