Hi Aderson
I watched your three videos on getting rid of spam registrations.  My problem is similar but different.
I have started to get a lot of (failed) spam "registrations".
They don't show up in the database.
I have switched off registration, removed the smtp settings from the site, removed the Admin account, removed the email address from the Host account.
I then started to get even more emails from Administrator reporting a failed registration.  We don't use a membership on this particular site.
Is it possible that someone has cloned the site?  I don't know how it is possible to get a nonexistent Host setting (email account) to send emails !
Any observations/ Advice?

Hi David,

That is strange. You said "get even more emails from Administrator reporting a failed registration" - Can you post here the contents of that failed registration email?

Thanks,

Aderson
