The skin structure is based on Bootstrap 3 framework, which makes it very flexible in terms of displaying well on different devices. It has a few too many animations, but I'm ok with that level. All DIV/CSS based. The mobile responsiveness was not that great though. There were some areas on the menu side that were showing a disabled scroll bar. A bit strange and not that great looking on small mobile devices. I will go neutral because of that."
