I thought this was already a DNN skin that you were having issues as I have mentioned via email. It would be great to have a tutorials set on how to convert those themes to DNN.
Soon enough we may have a new contributor creating videos on skinning and this would be a great topic! But I would not hold my breath either just yet :)

I'm having the same issue, and have found many leads.
Once I have it fixed, I'll 'generisize' the process for converting any Responsive HTML5 template into a DNN 7 skin
or may be just charge people? lol...jk
