1 - Where do I find the private forum to ask questions?
The private forum can be found under the "Forum" menu at the top. You will find a "Premium" area where members can ask questions which are given priority over the public area.
2 - What are the tutorials already available under the Premium Membership?
You can find the full list of video tutorials available on our Premium page.
3 - But I cannot see a lot of tutorials yet under "Premium", where are they?
New tutorials are being published on a daily basis. We will keep adding them under the Premium page and we will be announcing them on our weekly newsletter. What you see under "Premium" is what it is currently available.
4 - How can I request a new tutorial?
You can go to our Feedback page and send us a message requesting your new tutorial for consideration.
5 - What if I want to cancel my subscription?
We will be sad to see you going, but you can go straight to the
"My Preapproved Payments" on PayPal and cancel your subscription to DNNHero Premium Membership from there.
But before you go, send us a note. We would appreciate the chance to fix any problems you have with our Premium Subscription.
Or at least let us know why you have decided to cancel you membership. It will greatly help us to provide a better service.
6 - What if I want my money back?
We will be sad to see you going, but you can go straight to our
Feedback page to request a refund. Please provide your PayPal transaction id to speed things up.
But before you go, send us a note. We would appreciate the chance to fix any problems you have with our Premium Subscription.

7 - What is the difference between "Canceling" and "Getting a Refund"?
By "Canceling" you will stop the recurring membership charges. There is no money back here as your access will continue until the paid period expires.
By "Getting a Refund" you will get your money back immediately but you will no longer have access to the Premium Membership area of the site.
